Right of return

We do everything we can to make sure you love your new CYLAN E-Bike and ride around with a smile.

If you are still not completely satisfied or have changed your mind, you can exercise the following return rights:

• In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, our customers voluntarily have a right of return for 30 days or 100 km for E-Bikes without giving a reason. The return period begins upon receipt of the goods by the customer and is maintained by returning the goods to us in a timely manner within 30 days. Special offers (promotions and outlet) are excluded from the right of return. 

CYLAN will refund the amount paid in the event of a return.
